We had a good relaxing time while in London.  We visited with some friends, took it easy (sleeping in on a few days until 1 PM), and ran a few errands.  Of course, we finished packing our bags (seems to be never ending).

We had dinner with Jerome the second night - we had a great time remembering the good old days in Singapore and all the friends still there (hanging in).

On the third day, we visited the Lawsons and Mills in East Croydon - some very good family friends of Jacqui's from back when she was still in diapers?!! It was also wonderful to meet the newest addition to the family, Talia Elizabeth Suriya Mills - only 6 weeks old. 

On Friday, our last day and night of civilised living, we slept in, went for lunch and a walk, and then began the repacking and final preparations for our departure to Dover and the Continent tomorrow.
