Today is a pretty quiet day.  Lazy start to the morning, with breakfast at 9AM - very late for this trip.  After doing some laundry (at a real laundromat), we head into town.  Other than in the center of town, the streets are hard packed dirt.  But you can see from a number of deep ruts that it must get pretty messy in the wet season.  We change some money (making sure that we get as many Rand as possible so that we can also use them in South Africa), and then have some lunch.

After lunch, we walk around and do some window shopping.  We continue to be struck by how European it all is.  Do not find too much of interest (or it is too expensive) and we head back to the campsite at 4:00 PM.

After a short rest and washing up, a group of us head into town and go to Erich's for dinner.  It is a great meal.  The food is excellent and we have great service.  One of our better dinners on the trip.  After dinner, a few of us head off to the casino, but our luck does not seem to be with us, so it is good that we do not risk too much.
