Today is pretty much of a lazy day.  In the morning everyone is getting ready to head out for the local community project when we find out that the clocks have changed - they move back one hour!!!  So everyone got up one hour too early.  Well, when the correct hour rolls around, most of the group head off to the activity, but some of us stay back.  We decided that we needed the time to work on some of our other things, such as journal, etc.

The group returns around lunch time and we relax while the cook group prepares lunch.  After lunch, it is our turn to cook tonight, so we have to head into town to do some shopping.  As this is a port, we thought that it might be good to have some seafood, so we go in search of the fish market.  We wander the streets and ask many people.  We never did really find it.  We did find a couple of places that had some fish, but they were not prepared and we did not have the time nor experience to clean and prepare these fish.

So we the went in search of the supermarket.  After quite a bit more wandering, we found one.  But what a let down.  They do not have much.  The meat does not look very attractive, so the best we can do is frozen fish.  It is a shame to buy frozen fish in a port, but we did not have much choice.  The supermarket did not have much of anything else, so we were concerned about what we would be able to cook.  Anyway, we took a taxi back to the campsite with what we could find.

Once back at the campsite, we prepared the dinner.  In the end, it was not too bad.  We cooked the fish in foil on the barbeque and prepared some fried potatoes, pasta with oil and garlic, a salad and some guacamole as sauce for the fish.  Oh, yes, we also prepared some cheese empanadas as starters.

Once we cleaned up from dinner, we had a shower and headed off to bed.  Cooking for 25 people tires us out.
