Another lazy day in Oslo. The morning is spent getting ready, having brunch and working. Lars needs to get ready for his meetings.
In the afternoon, we drive out to the suburb of Kolsås, where Jorgen and Lise have moved to. We are heading out there to see if we can help them with their new house, that they have been renovating. It turns out that there is plenty of work to be done and we get right into it after changing into some work clothes.
We have been assigned to the entrance way, where we paint the walls and cupboards. We believe that we do a decent job - not messing it up to much. As we make some progress there, we move onto other parts of the house. We spend about five hours doing what we can to help.
Then at around 8:30 PM it is time for dinner. Well, it is the usual contractor's dinner - takeaway pizza. We sit out side in the wonderful garden and relax after an afternoon of work. The view is great as we eat our pizza off a table made from an old door. Then it is time to head back to the apartment for the evening. Once there, we take it easy, chat , do some work and wash off the dust and paint.
